Can I return goods I'm not happy with?
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason whatever up to 30 days from the day you receive the goods. If you want to cancel the order, please email us at returns@aquazuro.com or call us on 0845 270 1144 during normal working hours. For returns due to cancellations we simply ask that you arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Items being returned should be received by us complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty GoodsIf goods are damaged or faulty on receipt, please email us at returns@aquazuro.com or call us on 0845 270 1144 during normal working hours, as soon as possible and no later than three days after receipt, to report the nature of the damage or fault and to arrange a refund or replacement. We will refund reasonable costs of returning damaged or faulty goods to us.
